Overview

I started teaching when I was 18 years old as a part time job and it continued till I was 22. Then I started focusing on my post graduate progeamme(MBA in marketing management). After completing my pg, joined a reputed company. I have been working with private companies like Wipro , Softcelll Technologies, PRGX India etc. for the last 5 years. Currently I am associated with a fortune 500 company ( Confidential) where I am part of the Bid Writing Team wherein we reply to the customer tenders / documents in a coherent manner. These documents are very lengthy which we have to read and understand and coordinate with various departments like legal, solution advisor, HR, Finance, Accounts etc. to respond to the tender document of the customer. In the span of the last 5 years, which ever company I have worked with, I have received huge appreciation and awards for the excellent work I have delivered in various profiles. I love teaching because I like to learn new things from people, teaching gives a platform to share, interact and learn new things together. This way we not only help each other but as we grow further we develop our skills a lot. My teaching style has always been an interactive way of teaching and communicating with people. I believe a teacher is herself/himself a learner. My skills and strength that make be one of the best is that I work with 3 D's discipline, dedication and determination and having an excellent communication skill helps me to understand people's problem. Since I'm a marketing graduate, hence love the subject. Apart from that I also like teaching Business Communication, Personal Development and Soft Skills Training. I have experience in teaching a wide group of people and it has been a great experience. For being a teacher, one needs to gel with people to understand them better. This helps in sharing thoughts easily and when you can share your thoughts, people perceive you as a trainer and learn easily with you.
