A part of my extra responsibilities at TUI was to keep an updated data base of TUI and the competitors products. I was also responsible to train the new joinees, on product knowledge and continued customer care. The responsibility of conducting refresher product training to the existing employees in our team was also mine.
Have conducted English speaking tuition at home for students and professionals.
I also recruited, trained and took refresher courses pertaining to our and competitors products for General Engineering & Spares. The refreshers were for any new product launched in the market by us or our competitors.
I am excellent in using the available resources at hand to build up a proper training regimen so that the trainees are aptly given the relevant information to carry out their functions and duties.
Support business growth and development through the preparation and execution of company objectives, policies and programs. I am determined and decisive; and use initiative to develop effective solutions to problems.
Coordinate and participate in process / business development and management.
Liaised with suppliers, customers and other agencies to ensure the organisation is well informed on changing market conditions and trends. I have handles large educational institutions. Some of my clients were NIIT ( All India), State Bank of India’s training centers, Training centers for Infosys, Reliance Industries, Wipro as well as IISc and ISRO, Bengaluru.
Presently my job profile does not require the above, however I have excelled and grown by the varied experience with WNS, in the International BPO sector. I have worked in the Airline ( Air Canada and Virgin Atlantic Baggage) processes- ticketing, lost baggage etc. Also I do have an exposure in the tourism- booking holidays for British clients to Florida for TUI Plc. The last process I worked for was Aviva Insurance.
I have a vast experience in customer care and using conventional and non-conventional methods and resources for training.
