Personal fitness training which includes weight loss ,weight gain, lean muscle workout, sports conditioning . The sessions are purely designed for every individual and their goals . All the sessions aee explained and delivered with clear instructions and evidence based exercise techniques. Any student ranging from kids to adults workouts are made fun and energetic . The American council on exercise recommends every individuls atleast 150 mins of exercise per week to maintain good cardiovascular health and fitness. Resistance training involves all the muscles in the body with different types of contraction techniques. They are isometric and isokinetic. Our human body works under three energy systems 1. Phosphagen system 2. Glycolitic system and 3. Aerobic system. Exercise for individual target is based on any of these energy systems. For example A football trainer is trained in both posphagen and aerobic system. Whereas a marathon runner is trained mostly on aerobic endurance. Body types are of three being 1.ectomorph 2.mesomorph 3.endomorph .  Workout schedule is specifically designed based on body type.

I am working as a personal trainer for more than 10 years now, I expertise in different types of training like muscle building ,weight loss program ,general fitness and sports conditioning . Being an internationally certified personal trainer I am capable of training various type of clients at their comfort zone and also help them achieve their fitness goals with some motivation ,I hold a bachelor degree in engineering and I always had a great passion towards fitness. I like to be understanding and empathetic with my clients , I would say my strong area is muscle building program although I am good at weight loss and general fitness programs ,My idol is Arnold Schwarzenegger and I am greatly inspired by his 6 rules of motivation, I am a big fan of him and I know u too are??. When it comes to bodybuilding I strongly believe in natural way of building muscle mass as steroids could spoil you at any point of time in your life . For any type of goal I strongly recommend cardiovascular fitness for optimal health and performance. My way of living is to stay fit but also not to loose our happines and the meaning of life. I would like to party occassionally drink but I never smoke , I dont recommend anyone to be too restricted towards food cravings but learn the idea of staying fit with optimal fitness level. Sleep is considered as the most important thing for anyone with any goal being it weight loss or weight gain, one should sleep for a minimal of 8 hours, so I recommend people sleeping for a period of 8 hours in a day, Some mind control exercise along with physical training is the best thing one can do in their life to maintain strong body and healthy mind which leads to protection against diseases and aging. Shiva is always very encouraging and has a good knowledge of his profession. If you are a good trainer should explain how to contract the muscles , ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries . Shiva Is the right trainer to achieve your goals. "
