I am an ayurvedic doctor as well as a certified, experienced yoga instructor. I have spent 1 year in tutoring yoga in private 1 to 1 sessions and helped my students to overcome their health problems like, weight loss, arthritis,rigidity, obesity etc. I even treated patient with psoriatic arthritis with major stiffness where he can't even sit on floor but only with the help of yoga and in three months he could sit on floor. I also give indian diet plan along with yoga for weight loss. I am punctual and quite strict about my teaching. I focus on getting maximum results and put my all efforts for the well being of my students. I run YouTube channel in hindi and Marathi language just to spread awareness about these two ancient sciences .
