I have been training college students how to present themselves before the interview panel and create an impact. The basics of how to prepare for the interview are drilled first and then students are trained on their skill to answer question that can be asked by the interviewing officer/HR. A pre framed answers of at least 20 questioned are explained to them and then they are helped to customize them as per their Knowledge, skills & abilities. A sure shot formula is given to them which elevates the confidence of the students and hence they are ready to face any interview.
