"I have joined the Yoga class in 2019. Jayanthi madam is very good Yoga teacher, she has practiced, studied Yoga for several years and very knowledgeable. While conducting classes she explains how each of the 'asanas' help our body. She collaborates with each of the students, understands their lifestyle, work culture, health related issues and than decides on the asanas. I have thoroughly enjoyed the classes. It has helped me very much both physically, personally, professionaly. "
