If done correctly, it can give you results drastically faster than the typical approach people take around Yoga. I will not focus on categorising Yoga as Hatha Yoga or Power Yoga or something else. Rather, I would focus on improving your Body, Mind, Mann(मन), Soul, Karmic state overall. When specifically talking about Asanas+Pranayams (basically, the things involving physical movements), my classes would be better for people who are new to Yoga & want to learn it from another angle. While, when not just talking about physical activities of Yoga, my classes can be beneficial for people who have been practicing Yoga for significant duration already because I add Karma, Soul & Meditation perspectives to the physical movements which really changes how we get results out of our daily practice.
