Are personal trainers really helpful or just another scam of gyms?

Personal Trainer's are really helpful but it depends on client's and Trainer's approach to the situation and goal.

Do I need a degree to be a personal trainer?

You don't need a degree to be a Personal Trainer,you can train clients once you complete your Personal Trainer course. Though there are many trainer's who aren't certified still they choose to train people at some risks.

Why don't people use personal trainers?

Nowadays there are lot of people making video's on exercise and diet on social media and YouTube. People don't know that where they came from,what qualifications they have and for how many years they are practicing it.
