Standard Process flow
A Training Need Identification is done based on inputs gathered from the Process owners, the reporting Heads. Once gaps are identified, a TNA is done and finally the Learning Outcomes are fixed. A Training Module is customized keeping the level, age and group in mind. Depending on the strength and levels of teams to be upgraded, relevant programs and workshops are planned and administered.
