"I couldn't be more thankful to Mayuri didi. I definitely see a huge difference in me, physically and mentally. During this pandemic i did deal with anxiety and i had no idea how to get rid of it until i started practising yoga under her. As a sportsperson, i was physically getting dull and wasnt able to maintain myself (posture/body language) . So without even thinking for a second i followed whatever didi instructed me to do and not a doubt , it worked. And it goes without saying that Mayuri di has been my mentor for 7-8 years now and she is someone i can rely on (it could be anything). Most importantly she has been one of the reasons for my game enhancement and positive results in judo tournaments. So grateful. Thank you for everything. "
