Before my full time association with Yoga, I excelled in the Management profile for six years. My educational background as well as my corporate experience supported me in all ways to be more understandable towards day today health and stress issues faced by the individuals at their workplace or in their regular household activities. Inspired by experience and learning, my approach is scientific, technical, approachable as well as interesting towards achieving a healthy and a happy life.
