I am a Yoga teacher with ten years of experience teaching various styles of Yoga (Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa) both online and offline (based in Mumbai). I am Globally Certified with 250 Hours of Yoga Teacher Training Courses from Yoga Vidya Dham, Nashik. I am a triple major with degrees in Engineering, Management and Yoga. With over 3000 students globally, I possess extensive knowledge of yoga postures, breathing exercises, and the spiritual components of teaching yoga. I relocated back to India after spending seven years in the United States 🇺🇸. I spent more than two years working as a lead instructor at Northeastern University in Boston, where I taught more than 2500 students! I have also taught corporate yoga at Scion Staffing Seattle and Synapse Energy in Boston. 

My teaching approach is inclusive and adaptable, as I create integrated lesson plans and yoga class sequences, including vinyasa and flow styles, for students at all skill levels. I also offer personalized 1-1 Private Sessions and Corporate Workshops, recognizing the unique needs and goals of each individual or group. My experience teaching students at Orchid International School, Thane, how to increase their range of motion and flexibility by adding a yoga series to the PT programs further demonstrates my commitment to meeting diverse needs.
