I have excellent teaching experience of 7 years with best results with my previous student's from CBSE , STATE and ICSE BOARD'S . Preferably i focus on students personal interest, level of understanding and study methodology. I am here to give best of me to seek best out from my students. Hi! I’m Vinotha Arulkumar, a passionate Maths Teacher from Chennai. My qualifications are M. Sc., M. Phil. and B. Ed in Mathematics. From my 10th standard onwards, I got many centum in maths. I’m the topper of my batch in my Under Graduation, M. Phil., and B. Ed. And also I’m the gold medalist in my M. Sc., Mathematics. I possess about 16 years of teaching experience in the field of education. One year in Arts and science college, seven years in Engineering colleges and taking tuition for 10th and 12th maths for more than 10 years. In Arts and Science College I handled B. Sc., Mathematics and M. Com. In Engineering colleges, I handled maths papers for BE, B. Tech., ME, M. Tech., MCA and MBA. While working in engineering colleges, I have received Proficiency Awards for 6 times as I produced 100% results in engineering mathematics. Due to the pandemic situation, presently I’m taking online classes only. I can teach in English and Tamil. My usual class duration is 1 Hr. The key element of my teaching method is to keep on interacting with students while teaching. Before getting in to a problem, usually I will make the students understand the concepts and fundamentals of the chapter first. Then, I will let the students to understand the problem and let them solve it with my guidance. So that they will never forget the concepts. I often conduct online MCQ assessments to evaluate the progress of my students. Bases on the assessment results, I will give individual attention to each student. I keep producing excellent results every year through my vast knowledge & experience in Mathematics. Lot of my students got centum marks in their board exams! I teach Class 12 and B.Com students, specializing in core Accounting subjects such as Financial Accounting, Corporate Accounting, Advanced Accounting, and Management Accounting. With over 30 years of teaching experience, I have dedicated my career to helping students develop a strong conceptual foundation in accounting and achieve consistent academic success. I hold a Master of Commerce (M.Com.), an M.Phil. from Rayalaseema University, and a PhD in Commerce. Alongside my formal education, I have completed multiple certification courses in accounting and teaching pedagogy, including NPTEL courses in Financial Accounting and Outcome-Based Education. These qualifications have helped me design outcome-focused and structured learning experiences for my students. Currently, I work as an Associate Professor at a degree college, where I handle undergraduate accounting courses. My long academic journey, which began with my M.Com. in 1991 and culminated in my PhD in 2019, has allowed me to continuously evolve as an educator while staying updated with modern teaching methodologies. I have secured a Gold certificate in Financial Accounting through NPTEL and have completed additional courses aligned with AICTE and NEP 2020 guidelines. I have also presented academic papers on topics such as banking technology and am presently working on research related to the Academic Bank of Credits. Regular participation in Faculty Development Programs has further strengthened my understanding of curriculum frameworks and outcome-based education. My teaching methodology is structured, student-centric, and application-oriented. I prepare detailed lesson plans for each topic, ensuring clarity of objectives and smooth progression of concepts. My sessions are interactive, encouraging students to ask questions, participate in discussions, and actively solve problems during class. I strongly emphasize linking theoretical concepts with real-life and practical applications, especially in accounting. Each session typically includes concept explanation, worked examples, problem-solving practice, and revision points to reinforce learning. This approach helps students gain both clarity and confidence in applying concepts during exams. I conduct online classes using PPTs and a whiteboard, and I also provide study materials to support revision and self-practice. My goal is to make accounting logical, approachable, and interesting, while guiding students to perform confidently and independently in both academic and practical scenarios.

I have done MTECH in ECE from YMCA university faridabad and BTECH from DIT university Dehradun. I Have been teaching BTECH ECE students for last 8 Years and Physics to students of class XI and XII for last 7 years. Physics has always excited me and its wonderful to be associated with physics & Besides, Teaching Physics imparts a sense of satisfaction to me. I have been giving home/online tutions to students of various schools in faridabad region. I also teach Maths to students of class IX an X. I have Published research papers based on Routing in Cognitive Networks in International Journals . Besides being an Educator I am Mentor/Counselor in the same College.
