Embarking on a holistic journey in the realm of yoga and well-being, I am a seasoned practitioner with 25 years of experience. Certified in Yoga from the prestigious Vivekananda Yoga Institute and holding Reiki certification, my passion for yoga has been a guiding force in my life.

Since 2001, I have been dedicated to teaching yoga and utilizing its therapeutic benefits to address and alleviate various health issues. Prenatal Yoga, a specialized aspect of my expertise, allows expectant mothers to experience the physical and mental benefits of yoga tailored to their unique needs.

In addition to teaching yoga, I have been actively involved in conducting Yoga treatment sessions, utilizing the healing power of yoga to address and alleviate various health concerns. My approach is rooted in holistic well-being, promoting a harmonious balance of the mind, body, and spirit.
