"I am a former employee of PwC IAC, Kolkata and shortly going to be a part of another Big 4. I have been a B.tech graduate in IT from GCELT and have completed my P.G. with specialization in MBA Finance from Amity University, Kolkata (2016-18) with 1st Division. But all this could be achieved due to none other than Monimoy Sir! A true gentleman and a great teacher and mentor. Being from a non-commerce background, I was extremely susceptible when I had got admitted into MBA and perhaps had never thought of ending up with Finance Specialization. Dear Student,
CAT is a challenging exam and challenging to crack. Each section has cut off; you should prepare for at least two years before you appear for the exam since you are employed and constrained for time. I suggest after one-year preparation, and you take the exam. It will help you make a fair assessment of your performance, and if you are successful in cracking the exam, then you are through. If you are unsuccessful, then prepare for another year.

There are many good books available in the market. You can try to understand the interpretation of the sections of the Corporate law, FEMA and other acts. Read the case laws related to the sections. Law is an interesting subject. You can score high marks without taking any coaching. Try to understand the meaning of the section. Once you understand it, it is easy.
