Brief History
“Perfection through “DEDICATION and SELFLESS SERVICE” - my Guiding factor
1986-2004
I began as a public relation executive of ‘Vayudoot Ltd’, Public sector enterprise and worked in the CARGO AND COURIER DIVISION. Clientele includes ‘UCO Bank’ Head-office along with the regional offices, the major oil companies as ‘Indian Oil’ ‘HPCL’ and ‘Castrol India Pvt. Ltd.’, ‘Calcutta Doordarshan’, ‘National Insurance Ltd.’ along with the Regional offices. Being in the service industry, managed the customer cell and kept a ‘Hawk eye’ while transhipping and transporting their business commodities mainly the smalls. Their documents, papers and other instruments of their business. With Vayudoot winding up I took over the business share and became an entrepreneur and the proprietor of my own company. Managed the same companies and achieved the ‘Zenith’ of the trade competing with ‘DHL’, ‘Blue Dart’, ‘Overnight Express’ and others. Nearly 17 years of commercial expertise secured in this experience.
2004–
Due to some serious constraints I had to leave my business to become an educator, which of course has been my passion and always felt that I had a niche for it.
Being selected at Nawada, in Bihar I joined Jeewan Deep Public School as a senior teacher and the warden of a Boys’ Hostel. I taught the senior classes XI and XII respectively. I also took interest to spend some time with the junior classes to improve their accents in the language laboratory.
2004-2008
As duty bound to help my family I shifted to Delhi and joined ‘The Kalka Group of Institutions’ as the senior warden & the subject teacher. I taught English grammar and literature at core-level of CBSE curriculum. I was teaching the ‘Fitzee’group of students at the higher classes of XI and XII. It was a challenge and yet, endeared to be a teacher and a councillor for the students aspiring at the highest level to enter ‘the IITs’ of India. Each day I taught classes comprising of X1X2and X3for the XI and XII.
These students were brilliant yet humble to acquire knowledge to perfect their learning skills. It was a program which helped the students to achieve everything one can aspire.
• Following the course structure by chapter practice questions enabling the students to improve and thus helping every student to have a strong command of whatever he attempts to lead to the next.
• Class learning improvement programme was an icing on the cake for those who completed their assignments and further help them to get a higher rank.
• Dedicated efforts, true motivation enabled the students to work up the ladder to prepare for the examinations.
• There were doubt clearing sessions, phase- test by chapters and picked up question cleared the doubts of the students.
• Above all ‘Pinnacle’ provided the teacher the best students’ fraternity for future ambitions to be fulfilled.
• It included his/ her personality development.
• My role play was clear as I was an intrinsic member / teacher of the pinnacle group under the institution.
2009–
My next job was at “Priya Warrick” Finishing School’ at Lajpat Nagar in Delhi. Warrick’s School is a part of a fast growing trend in corporate India to remedy what job analysts and recruiters called a serious impediment to India’s global economic goals. Many skilled fresher and otherwise (Professional)have degrees from good / top universities – but job analyst said that they are often jaw-dropping inept at the basics of international workplace etiquette : dressing, hosting a meeting, making inoffensive conversation indoors and outdoors using their inter-personal skills.
• My expertise took care of the speaking skills along with some of my presentations involving various learning programs such as inter-personal skills, art of pronunciation, how to converse and to make speeches on different occasions.
• I also headed the institution at Lajpat Nagar which was just ready to begin its session containing Santa’s bag of goodies. Madam Warrick confirmed “We are selling confidence etiquette grooming and most importantly self-worth esteem.”
• I was a part of the institution and enjoyed my stint there.
2009Aug - 2017
Last but really not the last rather presently to face more challenges. Joined SBIT, AICTE approved by Minister of HRD and DTC affiliated to DCR University of Science and Technology. I joined the Applied Science Department.
Since then I have been working diligently and focused on certain areas other than the regular English curriculum for the First year engineering students.
• I am working, not only to improve their ability to inculcate reading habits but also to improve their nascent tongue.
• To familiarize students with rhetorical functions of scientific English.
• To write letter and prepare reports effectively for formal presentations (topic).
• Help them to develop their soft skills in the management and engineering classes.
• To enhance student performance at placement interviews, such as group discussions and other recruitment exercises (mock interviews).

My passion became a personal branding in the field of education- I would like to be known as rain man / teacher – creative, aggressive, dynamic and disciplined with an honest heart, having a unique promise- Be prepared to customize my bench-mark / branding statement.

• My skills dwell in the use of communication. (English)
• My good-will seeks an opportunity to prosper.
• It requires benevolence and humility to grow with the organization and to work with a passion and turn the corner for the best.
• Teaching is a great responsibility and it may account to gross mis-conduct indeed, if the vocation is taken lightly or carelessly.
