I stated teaching when i felt a void within me and it needed to be filled up so I am teaching for 1 year the best part is I myself learn it again since according to Dr Kalam "teaching is twice learning". I teach in a planned way with regular homework, weekly tests and weekly parent report .I always try to make my student capable of solving his/her problems on their own I can't solve their i can just show the way.My skills are easy interpretations,ability to make them understand quickly,friendly with students .I love mathematics ,geography,physics,chemistry most.I have learnt patience ability to deal with different types of students in my experience. Recently my student has shown vast improvement in his results and that is my credit since making a good student successful is no big deal but a weak student better requires hard work and patience.I use monthly e-tests for evaluation of my student
