IdentityMy name is Gopalakrishnan Known as Gopi, I established Bio Cross-FITT to help individuals with their fitness goals. I am post-graduate in Fitness, Rehabilitation and Nutrition and a graduate in Yoga and Naturopathy. I started my career as fitness instructor at a well-known fitness management center, where I got an opportunity to guide people reach optimum fitness levels, also help many to reduce body weights ,manage their body aches and pain, and effectively be relieved.
I have also completed the Health & Fitness instructor course and have earned Kettle Bell Level 1 Certificate from the EKFA Academy.
My passion is utilize my knowledge for the benefit of people and help them become FITT.
