IdentityI am Honey Chimnani, a yog therapist. My quest to purify mind, body and soul attracted me to discover yoga in depth. After my bachelor's degree in the arts and working as a qualified artist, my mind drifted towards the eternal form of physical and mental purity. To get rid of physical fatigue and mental stress, I have started my inward journey-yoga. I was fortunate enough to be blessed by "Dr Shiv Shankar Sharma, known for his invention of yogic therapy in managing diseases. Under his guidance, I did my diploma and master's degree in yoga.
My yogic sessions and therapies are strictly based on the purest form of yoga, not a mixture of other exercises. Treatments are for healing chronic diseases like cervical/lumber spondylosis, gap producing/reducing in the spine, cervical/lumber bulging, herniated disk, ankylosing spondylitis, sciatica, knee pain, frozen shoulder, varicose veins, migraine, hormonal imbalance like PCOD, PCOS etc.
My essential skills are curing any spinal disorder by yogic management, which comprises asanas, pranayama, mudras etc.
Practising yoga and treating patients with various disorders, my journey in discovering healthy me and others have started.
