Nutrition is a biochemical and physiological process by which an organism uses food to support its life. It can be done by eating a Balanced diet. Balanced diet consists of Carbohydrates, fats, proteins, minerals and vitamins. The food you eat provides nutrients to your body and those nutrients helps you to maintain your body functions like brain, heart, muscles, tissues etc.
