i suggest you to read some children storybooks and english news papers as well and at the same time if you are weak in english grammar ,look for someone who can teach you the basic grammar and whenever possible try to keep listening BBC ,CNN news free podcasts which are available in internet.
watch english movies,listen english songs eventhough you don't understand and TED Talks are very useful resource because you have the chance to listen to speakers from various english speaking countries.
