"I have really good experience with the trainer. My BMI has also reduced from obese to healthy weight . I had taken training from other trainers also before but I find the below 4 points worth appreciating about the trainer: 1. Discipline : he was punctual and used to come on time 2. Diet : all the things recommended was according to my taste. He didn't try to force anything 3. Variations: exercises was not monotonous there were good variations to work every muscle group of the body 4. Supplements: he didn't force a single supplement on me like other trainers "
