I am Pooja Tyagi, the proud founder of an initiative dedicated to holistic well-being through Yoga, with a special focus on Ashtanga and weight loss. With a vision to provide accessible and effective weight loss Yoga classes, I bring five years of expertise and passion to the realm of physical and mental fitness.

My educational background includes a Bachelor's in Physical Education (BPEd), coupled with specialized Yoga certifications. These qualifications, along with my years of practical experience, have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to guide individuals on their journey to a healthier lifestyle.

Throughout my five-year journey, I have had the privilege of training over a hundred clients, witnessing their transformative experiences through the practice of Yoga. My approach goes beyond mere exercise; it's about fostering a connection between the mind and body, promoting not just physical fitness but also mental well-being.

The weight loss Yoga classes I offer are tailored to cater to individuals who are keen on achieving their fitness goals. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, my classes are designed to accommodate various levels of expertise.

In order to provide flexibility to my clients, I offer online classes during two time slots: 5 am to 6 am, 6 am to 7 am, and evening sessions from 6 pm to 8 pm. This allows individuals to choose a time that aligns with their daily schedules and preferences.
