I am a dedicated yoga instructor with 17 years of
experience in the field. My passion and
strong family background in the discipline have shaped my journey into yoga. I hold certifications in a PG Diploma in Yoga
and Naturopathy and a degree in Yoga Science.
Yoga, meditation, natural therapy, and certain massage and Ayurvedic skills form the
core of my expertise. These skills have been acquired through formal education
and reflect my personal interest and commitment to holistic well-being.
My journey as a yoga instructor began as a freelancer, allowing me the flexibility to
share my knowledge with a diverse range of individuals. Both online and offline, I
conduct sessions tailored to the needs of my students. The aim is to guide them toward physical and mental well-being, fostering a harmonious life balance.
While I do not currently provide certifications for my yoga sessions, it remains a
possibility for the future, especially if I decide to establish an institute. I focus
primarily on imparting valuable skills and knowledge to my students, prioritizing their
well-being over formal certifications.
In my teaching approach, the emphasis is on the essence of yoga, natural therapy, and
meditation rather than formal documentation. I believe in creating a positive and
enriching environment where individuals can explore the transformative power of yoga
without the pressure of certifications.
My dedication to yoga extends beyond a profession—a way of life I am
passionate about sharing with others. Through my teachings, I aspire to contribute to
my students' physical, mental, and spiritual growth, fostering a sense of inner
balance and peace.
