"The basic yoga teacher training course (200 hours) is the best way to start your journey into yog. I got to learn so much from rvs yoga, in pure detail through this course. I never expected that the journey of getting trained as a yoga teacher could be so detailed, informative, and strengthening via an online platform. The course has been life changing and an enthralling experience. I can personally vouch for this course. It is a path that everyone must walk on at least once in their lifetime. "I never thought this aspect of yoga and yoga asanas. Such a wonderful training (rvs yoga) I have. Overall a very informative training session. Course content got well covered and also demonstrated the concept very well. Gratitude for such an informative and concept-clearing course. Where we learn true yoga is not about the shape of your body, but the shape of your life. Yoga is not to be performed; yoga is to be lived. Yoga doesn’t care about what you have been; yoga cares about the person you are becoming. This yoga course is designed for a vast and profound purpose, and for it to be truly called yoga, its essence must be embodied. "

"A yoga immersion is a personal journey to the deepest parts of oneself. Through (rvs)mr. Rahul yogacharya's instruction and guidance, I feel that I have become more capable of glimpsing the deepest part of my potential. The experience was perfect, it was beautiful, simple, and spiritual all at once. He has expert knowledge of body movement, vast tips & techniques to improve flexibility & his attention to detail make for a great instructor! He uses that perception to help students to correct & improve techniques while also catering individual plans to achieve individual goals throughout each session.
