I am a public speaker and specialized trainer in diversified field, who can bring behavioral, attitude change in individual and spread knowledge in banking compliance and selling process too. Instructional design for the content to be delivered is prepared by me based on training need analysis, requirement specified or target audience. I have trained 21 candidates on self love, 15 candidates in public speaking and tricks behind it for both children and adults, time management techniques for start-up company candidates, emotional intelligence for family members and workers and so on. My nature of humorous and bi directional communication helps the seminar session, workshop or public speaking to be very interactive, energetic, influencing, and useful for all people. I have also completed her four months intensive course of post diploma degree in training to excel in her passion. My belief is "Change doesn't change - but that change can be shaped with constructive manner to bring value to change".

Eventhough you go to the class and take notes, if you don't practise you will fail in your goal.

The simple answer to your question is SELF INTEREST and TIME MANAGEMENT.
All subjects will be getting upgraded, and it does not mean standstill.
You can master in any subject you want, but specialization depends upon your interests.
For example: Even though a student is getting the full mark in all the subject, when we ask his favourite - for sure he will answer. That subject is where he will get specialized.

Every certification will gain your theoretical knowledge, whereas it will be different when you come for work.
Gaining knowledge and investing in yourself is always good, but when you need a job, it is utmost to choose one particular field and get out of fresher grade, so that you can showcase your other talents.
