Yoga Meditation and Spirituality is one and the same thing. The one who knows real yoga actually also knows meditation and in large Spirituality. Thus my learning have been mostly with self reflection, reading advait vedanta literature and keenly practising on it. I tought meditation to more than 5000 teacher's during my self diagnosis along with fellowship. Only guidance can be given in meditation or yoga it's a subject of deep self analysis. Thus i am only here to give you the start and save you from the wrong meditation.
