IdentityI am a teacher. I am teaching all subject related to mathematics since last 22 years. I am working in Engg. Institute. I believe a teacher should have a patience, good communication skills and have the ability to express the knowledge so that the students can understand. The teacher's work is not only to make student understand but also to make student a good learner. My teaching is to make each session as interactive as possible and also to develop good learning habit in students. I also emphasizes on practicing problem as without practice mathematics is blind. In my sessions students feel free to express their doubts and learn to respect and listen to others. I possess good listing skills and work experience. I focus on shared decision making and team work, as well as on community building.
At last learning is more important than teaching.
