During my campus placement days of final year in engineering from Jadavpur University, I have seen many of my batchmates failed to secure a well paying job initially just because of their poor english speaking ability despite having good subjective knowledge. Qualifying in aptitude test and Group discussion always play a vital role in appearing into personality test thereafter getting into the final section list. Although I don't believe that fluent english speaking ability is a sign of superiority over those who love to speck their mother language, you have to accept the reality at the end of day. Otherwise you will lag behind your friends and colleagues just because you can't speak a foreign language fluently. Let's take it as a challenge. You and I together will make it happen with ease. Are you ready buddy? I always ensure to create a friendly atmosphere while teaching, as if you are discussing with your best friend. English is a language and it can only be mastered with time if you get to speak with someone without the fear of BEING JUDGED. Improving your fluency and proficiency is my responsibility while being consistent in your tireless efforts is your responsibility. I am a Bengalee and an engineering graduate from Jadavpur University, presently preparing for UPSC Civil Service examination after quitting my job.
