How to avoid stage fear which made me to stammer while speaking?

Practice before hand as you would do if acting in a theater and when on stage look over the head of the audience and never at their faces.

No it wont help. In sales you need to learn to build relationship at all levels of organization. this will again depend on B2B & B2C sales.
