SAP is better, as you already have working experience as HR, go for it. Salesforce is better suited for software enterprices.

What is the difference between a BA and a BA in Cultural Studies?

B.A. in cultural studies is a course in B.A itself along with the other core subject which you have choosen. It explores the relation between the cultures, understand human expression and symbolic activities.

Are there BA programs with a global perspective?

Yes, B.A. program has many options with a view on global perspective. The subject is International realations(global affairs) which helps a lot to know about the gobal affairs. Tere is global B.A also, which talks about the culture, tradition of the countries.

Admission tests for B.A. programs is curently underway. Many colleges are offering it. Scholastic assessement test(SAT), Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) Entrance exam, Common university entrance test(CUET),Presidency University Bachelor's Degree Entrance Test(PUB DUET), Banaras Hindu University Undergraduate... ...more

Admission tests for B.A. programs is curently underway. Many colleges are offering it.  Scholastic assessement test(SAT), Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) Entrance exam, Common university entrance test(CUET),Presidency University Bachelor's Degree Entrance Test(PUB DUET), Banaras Hindu University Undergraduate Entrance Test (BHU UET) etc. are the exams coducted.

But still most of the colleges just check the previous studies markscard, interview to know the communication level of the student.

Yes, it is possible to take double major in B.A. program, it depends on universities. Not all universities have this.
