Hello shwetha so according to what i have understood i think you need tutions its obviously not necessary but advisable as you discontinued your studies just to get more focus you should.

If you are really interested then why not but if you're not comfortable with all the subjects of commerce what you can do is take major of arts and minors of commerce like economics accounts or vice versa... Some universities offer such programme.
