I am well organized and self-motivated to make a mark of myself, with a high degree of ownership and integrity. I am resilient, yet disciplined, diligent, and a curious quick learner. I want to teach on developing skill that will be required to excel as a future managers. With my experience, you will learn how to proactively gathering the right data from appropriate sources to make effective and efficient decisions. I understand every situation completely w.r.t people, processes, structure and technology, but also look outside the box for solutions, while still staying aligned with the long term plans.


Summary of my work experience:

I have handled the digital channel (Strategy, Sales and alliances) for mortgages in Axis bank. My role and responsibility included planing and executing multi-channel campaigns using market research, increasing digital footprint using alliances, strengthening width and depth of the channel. I strategically directed channel's sales growth in alliance with leading aggregators (bankbazaar, paisabazaar, myloancare etc.) targeting internal and external customers to expand business with 185% y-o-y growth, disbursing ?745Cr in FY17. My role defined planning and executing multi-channel campaigns using market research, increasing digital footprint using alliances, strengthening width and depth of the channel.

In addition to corporate experience, I have an year of experience as a freelance consultant for growing channel width and depth for a few clients. Also, I was consulted by Raremandi Ltd. for an exclusive strategic alliance with World trade center of Dubai for Annual Dubai Optical Show 2019. In addition, I have worked with Indian Political Action Committee for I-PAC's branding as well as I created political strategy decks for the Maharashtra and Punjab state. 

I have a full-time management degree from IIM Calcutta, where I opted subjects like Strategy, Brand Management, Sales, and Marketing. I am a B.Tech Computers graduate from College of Engineering, Pune (COEP).
