Passionately driven towards Fitness and Nutritional Science, for the past 7.5 years, I have dedicated myself to transforming people’s lives.

At the age of 28, I’m a Fitness Coach, a Nutritionist and a Zumba Instructor. 

Apart from the Qualifications, I’ve spent hours and years studying research papers and books and have kept myself up to date with every knowledge possible in Body science and nutritional research.

I also apply Ayurvedic tips to my client’s programs to make them more effective on a long-term basis, which will help them reach their body goals but will also help them to improve their skin texture.
