BPO Gyan is the Consulting initiative for ITES / BPO / KPO employees Self Development and Career Growth. I have 16 plus years of experience working in the ITES/BPO Industry with leadership experience of 13
years. I have worked with reputed MNCs growing from an Associate level to a Managerial level. This journey was of course not easy. One of the important points which I have experienced in this industry is the
lack of factual & committed Guidance towards developing employees and helping them grow in their Careers. Due to this many of us struggle to grow and achieve our career aspirations.
So as a small initiative, I have started a venture BPO Gyan to contribute in my own way in your career enhancement. The pure intention of this initiative is to use my education (MBA) and experience of this industry to
