Being an B.A.(English) and B.Ed, I've taught to middle and higher classes in a reputed boarding school at Panchgani for two years.
I've an experience of teaching in the esteemed colleges like V.P. Management Institute,Sangli and AKI's Poona College of Arts, Commerce and Science, Pune. As being an MBA I've taught Markrting Management, Human Resource Management,Organisational Behaviour and Communication Skills to BBA and BCA for last 4 years.Duringn the tenure in V.P.Management Institute, I used to conduct regular session of English and Communication Skills to motivate the weaker students.I am glad to inform that I remained successful in building up their confidence by imparting soft skills,presetation skills as well as bringing fluency in speaking English. Apart from this, I've been regularly conducting classes of English Speaking and English Grammar especially for school children.
I started teaching during my own college education. As I belong to a family of born teachers,I ,too developed interest in teaching rather to say teaching became my passion.
I insist on generating thinking amongst the students. I always aim at developing interest in them by raising their curiosity as well as maintaining their confidence.It is my first priority to draw out whatever lies in the mind of a student,let the student be at school level or college level.I strongly believe that if the teacher respects the students curiosities and treat them according to their psychological state of mind, definitely the student will learn with a positive attitude as well as reproduce confidently.
