Hello sir, I think you should make him learn to sit at a place don't make him study. First, make him know to sit. Don't force him to study at that time, after few days make him study for 10 min only but don't let him up. Let him sit and like this increase the time of studying slowly, and I think you will succeed very soon.
As he is too young, there is no need to be worried about that. It's all about the habit. And a habit cannot be made in a day; you have to make him sit and study not at once 1hr try for few minutes and increase accordingly to your student's comfort.
