Design, implement and lead organization-wide learning and development initiatives. # Supervise sales
and technical training for staff and conduct orientation sessions. # Create & develop brochures and training
materials with help of multimedia visual aids and presentations. # Create testing (auditing) and evaluation
processes. # Prepare training as budgets # Evaluate needs of company and plan / deliver training programs
accordingly. # Conduct performance evaluations & build cross-functional relationships. # Provide classroom
training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops. # Manage staff and
provide performance feedback. # Development of leadership with help of education and training. # Provide
logistical support, course development, delivery, evaluation, process measurements and cost management.
# Plan the implementation and facilitation of activities and events, budget spending, material production
and distribution and other resources to ensure that operations are managed within authorized budgets. #
Maintaining track and performance record of the entire Centre (sales & after sales teams). # To conduct
assessment and keep a track of WBT (Web Based Trainings / E-learning) # To conduct periodic audits
on sales and service (after sales) processes. # Identify and implement standardized timelines, orientation,
on-the-job and other learning and developmental activities required for acquisition of core competencies
and maintenance of required knowledge and skills. # Ability to work with management to align learning/
leadership development with succession & Assist with the development of strategic plans
