These 3 principles stood very important in the lives of the partners of Koala Hospitalyst, Ajay Mankame and Priyanka Devsaria. Ajay and Priyanka studied Hotel Management from same college in Mumbai and had one goal to achieve since their college days and that was to own a training venture. Both fortified their operational knowledge by working in the hotel industry and worked upon their skills by educating themselves by enrolling for various training programs provided internally and externally.

Priyanka Devsaria is one of the few female bartenders in India who have contributed to the bartending and beverage training and has her students working in best bars and hotels. She has an experience of working in different food and beverage department with brands like Four Seasons, Yauatcha, Shangri-la and various beverage training companies in Mumbai. Post her graduation in Hotel Management she completed bartending course and while working she successfully earned WSET level 3 qualification and Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing.

Ajay Mankame is an explorer and foodie by nature so post his graduation he started on a journey in hospitality industry by working with Trident hotels and later on Cruiseliners. While working on ground and on seas he fortified his knowledge by completing certification courses with AHLEI and WSET level 2.
