I am a qualified personal trainer with over 11 years of health and wellness experience
across multiple fitness centres. I have a proven track record in aiding and working with clients to achieve fitness goals through customized exercises programs and diet plans to work with their lifestyle. I hold a Level 3 Certificate as a Sports and Exercise Instructor and Diploma in Sports and Exercise Nutrition and Fitness Management certificate. I have worked as a Club Manager, Personal Trainer for International clients as well as working in various gyms and freelance in India and Oman.
Jobs in the fitness field. I am better in Strength and Conditioning and Weightloss. I have been able to make a career doing something I am passionate about. My goal is to help people reach their wellness goals until the day I die - I can't imagine being in any other career. When you are healthy physically, it is easier to become healthy emotionally, spiritually and cognitively. Everyone deserves the right to feel good about themselves. My goal is to help people do that - self-esteem is highly tied in with working out.
