As a renowned regional artist and Bollywood singer, my approach to teaching singing is focused on tailoring the learning experience to each individual student. I believe in assessing each student's current level of knowledge and skills, and building upon that foundation to help them reach their full potential.
Throughout my classes, I place a strong emphasis on developing a deep understanding of both Swar (Vocals) and Laya/Taal (Rhythm), so that students can have a solid command over the intricacies of vocal performance. Additionally, I pay close attention to each student's unique vocal texture, and work with them to develop techniques that are tailored specifically to their genre. At the heart of my teaching philosophy is a focus on the fundamentals of singing. I believe that a strong grasp of technical details is essential for students to fully grasp the art and science of vocal performance. To that end, I take the time to explain these concepts in depth, and use regular testing to ensure that students are making consistent progress.
