The SSC CGL exam is the priority in recent years. I would say 3-6 months is more than sufficient to crack this exam. You need to focus on under 10 level basics. That is all about the syllabus of SSC CGL.
Now the second point how much time to devote daily. I think 5-6 hours of consistent study is sufficient to be an inspector. Though I'm also a CGL aspirant, crack few exams of SSC that's why I suggest you focus on basics after that practice with shortcuts, and definitely, you will shine with flying colours.

I got your question, and understand the entire problem which you are facing now. 

• First of all, you need to spare an entire period. I mean 5-6 hours. It is essential and is the sufficient time duration to Ace in any exam or board.
• It would be best if you were very focused, do not use any other things like a cell phone or TV or music etc. Also, you need an isolated room to study, understand your mind, and be focused towards it.
• On the first day, you need a 1-hour study. On the second if your mind doesn't want to study; be a stubborn girl and make this 1:30 hour and increase it day by day. By this, your mind will become capable of doing longer sittings with focus study.
• Now the second point; your mind will ask you that why are you studying, what is the purpose. In that case, you need to ask urself; look at your parents why are you wasting your time and energy. In this, you will get your answer.

Kajal the real motivation comes from ourselves. Just make your mind understand that just study with the focus for 2-3 yrs. Put the final nail in the coffin. After that, you will shine with flying colours.
