IdentityI am Dr. Swati Abhishek Mishra, former Professor at IIM Lucknow. I completed Masters’ in Management from University of Cambridge and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT USA), and PhD from University of Cambridge, UK. I am an awardee of various prestigious scholarships like Cambridge Commonwealth Trust (CCT), Department For International Development UK Government, Hinduja Foundation, Worts Travelling Scholars Fund, and numerous other scholarships.
I am a keen educator, mentor and have nurtured thousands of students over the last two decades. I have extensive corporate and government consulting experience in Strategy and Innovation Domain. I have taught numerous Management Development Programs at IIM Ahmedabad and Lucknow, IPS Phase-V Mid-Career Training Program at National Police Academy, Hyderabad, London Business School, and many other corporate training programs. I was an external consultant to the Sixth Central Pay Commission appointed by Government of India for Ministry of Defense and Ministry of Home Affairs. I have also consulted state governments, and corporates on various projects over last 20 years.
