Channelizing a child's creative mind in the right direction and encouraging them to achieve their little goals gives me immense pleasure and contentment as a teacher in private school with 10 years of corporate and teaching experience post Masters in Human Resource Management (MHRM) To take this one step further and keeping in mind the requirement in the current situation due to covid pandemic, I am looking out to teach children from Class I to V (all subjects except Hindi/ Bengali) in South Kolkata through online classes only but after situation is normal, will do home tuition.Emphasis will be given in spoken and written English.
I believe that a teacher is solely responsible to create interest in the topic being taught. My teaching style is holistic as it will not only incorporate participative, creative and systematic way of teaching the topic but include sharing practical experience to make the topic interesting. To reinforce the concepts taught, a quick assessment of the topic in class and home assignment will also be given.
The ultimate satisfaction of teacher is when students enjoy the subject being taught and come out in flying colours and that is what I aim for.
