Inspiring Minds: A Journey in English and Social Studies Education

For over four years, I have had the privilege of shaping young minds in the subjects of English and Social Studies for classes 6th to 8th, following the CBSE curriculum. Equipped with a Master's degree in English and a Bachelor's degree in Education with a focus on English and History, my journey as an educator has been one of passion, dedication, and continuous learning.

My teaching career commenced at the prestigious Indira Gandhi Girls School, where I had the opportunity to impart knowledge and instill a love for learning in my students. Later, I embarked on a transformative journey to Amsterdam, where I spent three years exploring diverse cultures and gaining invaluable experiences. Upon my return to India, I seamlessly transitioned to online teaching through platforms like UrbanPro, expanding my reach and impact in the field of education.

One of the highlights of my teaching journey was the opportunity to work with a student from Hyderabad, who not only excelled academically but also provided glowing feedback about my teaching approach. In my online sessions, which typically range from one hour to one hour and thirty minutes, I focus on delivering planned lessons that are engaging, informative, and tailored to the specific needs of each student. Utilizing PowerPoint presentations, I create visually stimulating learning experiences that enhance comprehension and retention of concepts. Additionally, I provide handwritten notes that serve as valuable study aids for my students, fostering independent learning and critical thinking skills.

My teaching philosophy is rooted in fostering a deep appreciation for English and Social Studies, while also nurturing holistic development and a global perspective among my students.
