No. For both kids and adults.Hip-hop can be a fun way for kids to make friends and build their confidence. It also requires a lot of body awareness to move certain parts of the body and is a great form of cardio exercise. All this movement and dance is great for kids…and their brains, too – check this out.

The dance should be in the street dance style, only safe props are allowed, same participants in not allowed in different category and the dance must not be offensive in any way.
