Since 2015, I have pursued my passion for fitness and wellness as a certified yoga trainer, personal trainer, and diet and nutrition expert. It all started during my childhood when I developed a keen interest in martial arts and strongly desired to teach others.
I have worked as a dedicated gym trainer for five years at the esteemed Ultimate Gym. The experience I gained there has been invaluable in shaping my expertise in the field. Inspired by my love for fitness and desire to create a more personalised training environment, I established my gym in Vidhyanagar. I specialise in gym training, focusing on strength conditioning and teaching yoga and pranayama techniques. My ability to cater to clients of all ages sets me apart, ensuring that each individual receives tailored guidance and support.
