CA Final Classes

"I have paid 1.2lakhs to these people for CA Final Group 1. They have a building C98 which is a hostel for CA students. They force you to take coaching for complete group if you wish to stay in that particular hostel. Also they say that the fees is for lifetime. I could not clear Group 1 in Nov 2022 attempt. I have been messaging these guys Manmohan and Saksham to give me a seat. Firstly, they said that there is no vacancy - all the seats are full. When one of my friends called them, they had seats available in the hostel. Now they are asking me to pay rent for December 11k and January 12k and then only they will give me a seat in the hostel. I did not stay there for these two months. About classes - I have not taken any class from Suresh sir. Hence cannot give any review about it. Saksham bhaiya teaches good but Sanchita is full of attitude. She just reads the book in the class. Her classes are not worth even 30 paise. She is not available for any queries. Whenever I used to ask her any doubt in the class, She would either say that this is not important or her answer would be vague. She doesn't even respond to whatsapp messages or call. I advice people to take demo of Sanchita's classes especially Audit & Law. She just reads the text. She does not explain the provisions at all. Once I had asked her an example to understand a provision better. But she said that there is no example for this provision. This is just unacceptable. Every law provision has a background. Also one can very easily create an example by using any names like A, B, C, etc. She takes not even 15 days to teach Economic Laws - paper 6 - Elective subject. I guess the only CAs earning crores immediately after qualifying is Sanchita and Saksham bhaiya. If you are thinking of taking any classes from Sanchita then please save yourself. My money for 3 classes have just gone to waste. These people are just lucky to get crorepati. They are filling their pockets with money acquired by deceit and lies. The rooms are really conjusted. You would break your leg if you get up at night to go to the washroom. Their main focus is the full payment for the coaching. If you are a new customer, then you will be treated with fake smiles. Once you have paid them the fees the smiles vanish. They won't even pick up your calls. They will ghost you. Suresh sir says that people spend lakhs and crores in medical and engineering. But CA is not medical and engineering. You cannot compare price of two different products. Thousands of people join CA only because it is an affordable professional course. Not as expensive as other courses. He also emotionally pressurised parents to pay this hefty fees. He says that your kids will earn crores and you cannot even spend a few lakh on their education. Average salary of a fresher CA is Rs 6lakhs per annum and not crores. These people take care of you if you are from a high society so that you would recommend people and they would fill their pockets. There is no gems in this Institute. People live in chaul, one bedroom flat and become CA. Please don't fall prey to this sham. I apologies to my father for wasting his money. I do not recommend. "
