"Called the teacher, Ms. Ritu Bawa regarding information on Phonics classes for my daughter. She was extremely rude and was upset at me for calling her. I called her during a work day at 5:00 p.m. Why has she left her contact number everywhere on the internet if she does not want to be contacted? How can such a person be teaching children? "

"A very professional institute with a rude environment. Not at all recommended for such young kids. It was a constant tensed environment dealing with lady/teacher. "
