It's exciting to realize that we use more words of English than Hindi in our day to day conversation. Still, we feel that "I can not speak fluently". Firstly do not think that you do not know good English, you know it all, it's just to break the hesitation and speak. Try to record your monologues and listen to your favourite speakers, watch English movies, documentaries, and make small goals for each day, learn new vocabs daily and use it in your spoken and written English.
